The projects built in AZ, NY, and HI will also have policies placed for ongoing operations (Property – BPP & BI, GL, Liquor, Boiler & Machinery, Difference in Conditions, Professional Liability, Auto, Umbrella coverage) and an Home Owners Association (HOA) policy for the residential (AZ & NY).
